Our History
Lakeside Plumbing was founded by Matheus Wienen, whose journey in the plumbing trade began at Assabet Valley Technical High School in Marlborough, Massachusetts. From an early age, Matheus stood out for his work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to mastering his craft.
After graduating, he went on to work with some of the most respected commercial plumbing companies in Greater Boston, gaining hands-on experience on large-scale projects that shaped his technical skills and professionalism. He earned his Journeyman license, then continued his education and training to become a Master Plumber licensed in the state of Massachusetts.
With a vision to provide homeowners and businesses with a higher standard of plumbing service — one rooted in honesty, quality, and care — Matheus launched Lakeside Plumbing. What started as a one-man operation quickly grew into a trusted local company serving Central Massachusetts and the Greater Boston area.
